Appointments.

Our unique appointment service has been specifically designed for our varied clientele. Why not try our appointment service with bookings starting from 6am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can use our weekend service from 7am to 2pm. We at UC, aim to provide an appointment service that suits your individual requirements.

Fully insured.

We are fully insured under the National Federation of Master Window Cleaners Insurance Brokers. Each operative has full public liability insurance of two million, underwritten by Willis Insurance Ltd.

Fully trained and uniformed operatives.

At UC The Difference, we train our operatives to the highest level in window cleaning that can possibly be achieved. All UC window cleaning operatives have City & Guilds training and are certified in the use of waterfed pole systems and purified water. All operatives are fully trained and regularly updated on any existing or new legislation regarding health and safety at work. Our safety records are impeccable and we will strive to keep it that way in the future. All UC operatives wear a uniform with our distinctive logo for easy identification and we also carry our unique identification cards.
